um Ihnen und uns die Erstellung der Packlisten und die Meldung der Versandbereitschaft zu erleichtern, lösen wir das PLM Web Portal durch das Insite LMS Tool ab. Für Insite LMS wird die Packliste in einer Excel-Vorlage per E-Mail erstellt. Diese Excel-Vorlage mit integrierter Anleitung rufen Sie unter der E-Mail-Adresse uif.logistics@insitelms.net ab. Dazu tragen Sie lediglich in der Betreffzeile in folgender Reihenfolge: REQ Lieferantennummer Bestellnummer ein, jeweils getrennt durch ein Leerzeichen.
Die ausgefüllte Excel Datei schicken Sie dann kommentarlos an die in der Vorlage angegebene E-Mail-Adresse. Mit der Freigabe erhalten Sie die Label und die Packlisten automatisch per e-mail. Es werden keine Zugangsdaten zu einem Programm mehr benötigt – die Packliste wird einfach mit dem weitverbreiteten Microsoft Office Bestandteil „Excel“ komplettiert.

in order to facilitate the creation of packing lists and the notification of readiness for dispatch for you and us, we are replacing the PLM Web Portal with the Insite LMS tool. For Insite LMS the packing list is created in an Excel template by e-mail. You can retrieve this Excel template with integrated instructions at the e-mail address uif.logistics@insitelms.net . All you have to do is enter REQ vendor number purchase order number in the subject line, in the stated order and separated by a space each time. Then send the Excel file without comment to the e-mail address given in the template. Upon approval, you will receive the labels and the packing lists automatically by e-mail. No access data to the programme is required - the packing list is completed with the widely used Microsoft Office component "Excel".
